At Magic&wool, your satisfaction with your custom handcrafted piece is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Magic&wool custom portrait, please contact us at support@magicandwool.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our absolute best to address any concerns or issues you may have, and work with you to find a suitable solution.

However, due to the fully custom, made-to-order nature of every Magic&wool creation, and the significant time, care, and artisan labor invested in crafting your one-of-a-kind piece, we are unable to accept returns or issue full refunds for delivered items.

If you would like to request additional modifications to your finished piece, you may ship your Magic&wool portrait back to us at your own shipping cost. Our artisan team will gladly make the requested adjustments to ensure your piece meets your expectations, wherever possible within the limitations of our needle-felting materials and techniques.
